![]() We have used the car for the last few weeks and driven it quite a bit before writing this review. I didn’t have to pay a single dollar! They said it is all part of the warranty! Amazing! I expected that I had to pay at least for materials, but NO. ![]() When I picked up the car, I asked them what are my costs. If you do this with a regular mechanic it will cost you at least $1000 too $1500. ![]() And boy did they do a complete job! They replaced the water pump and put in a new timing belt and did some other things. But 5 months after purchase things started to go really wrong. Because she is still a learner, we didn’t use the car very regular. So, half a year ago we bought a 2nd car with them a Holden Viva for our daughters first car. So far 2 years on, I'm really enjoying the car. James and Silvana, karma is a bitch and she is coming for you!Ģ years ago, I bought a car for myself. Win Lose Or Draw they (maybe even me, but it will be worth it if these guys caught out for their dishonest dealings) will end up paying more than $1300.00, which is what it is going to cost me to get my car back on the road I am NOT prepared to let this go, I HAVE BEEN LIED TO from the get go! So now I am going to report this to the ACCC and I am going to a layer. Monday I sent Silvana a text message because she wont answer the phone! Asking to please let me know ASAP what their decision is about my car, YOU GUESSED IT I HAVE BEEN IGNORED! Nice one James and Silvana thanks so much for caring and for the lovely friendly (not) service you have given me for all your LIES AND DISHONESTY how you guys sleep at night is beyond me! I rang she would not answer her phone, got her daughter to answer, so I sent her a text message to which she replied almost straight away to say she was short staffed and would get back to me shortly! YEAH RIGHT ANOTHER LIE! I rang her again does not answer her phone, send me a text message to say that now she has to speak to James to see what they can do for me, YET ANOTHER LIE! That was on a Friday afternoon, how convenient, so I now have a weekend to wait and see what will be done while my car sits in the driveway, cannot drive it. Report was sent through on the same day as the phone conversation, she sent me a text message to say thanks and she would get back to me in the morning, ANOTHER LIE, sh did not. Rang James who was so arrogant told me he did not want to speak with me because I kept talking over him, never mind the fact he has lied to me and has now been caught out, he referred me onto his wife, he took three days before she finally rang me acting all very nice and concerned, asked me to send through the mechanics report so they could see what the could do for me, ANOTHER LIE, talk about playing games. Rang the insurance company, the one they use as a hook to get you to buy a vehicle saying 1 years warranty for free NOT SO! I explained to insurance company my situation, they booked me in with one of their registered mechanics who did a full diagnostic on the car, found the problem, but the warranty does not cover what need to be fixed! Thanks for the lie James! Mechanic had my car for THREE WEEKS! Different story each time I rang him, in the meantime he used my car without my permission used 3/4 of a tank of fuel, leaving me with only a quarter of a tank to get home! Problem not fixed, car has now sat in my driveway for two weeks, James and his wife Silvana do not give a rats ass, not prepared to help! I bought the car, he referred me a mechanic said he had been dealing with, SECOND LIE, the mechanic told me he had not yet had any dealings with James but not to worry he would sort it out. James said it would be covered under warranty, FIRST LIE! I should have taken that as a red flag, how could he say that when he is not a mechanic and did not know what the problem was! Ventura Motors have to be the most dishonest car dealership in Perth WA! Recently bought a car from them, nothing but trouble! The day of purchasing the car, took it for a test drive all good, BUT when we got back to the car yard, my partner opened the bonnet and saw a pool of coolant lying at the bottom of the engine, I ask James about it, he got very prickly and rude with me telling me he would give my deposit back because he had another two people interested in the car, I told him I was interested in the car and if he would fix the problem.
